    • Kalyan Capitals Limited is a public listed company incorporated on 20th day of December 1983, registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in the year 1998 and listed at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) since 2014 having its registered office at Plaza-3 P3- 204, 2nd Floor, Central Square, 20 Manohar Lal Khurana marg, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi Sadar Bazar, North Delhi- 110006.
    • Company was originally incorporated with the name of Akashdeep Metal Industries Limited, which was further changed to Kalyan Capitals Limited with effect from 25th day of April 2023.
    • Kalyan Capitals Limited is an RBI registered Non-Banking Financial Company, promoted with a primary purpose of meeting the various financing needs of the Indian businesses through its diversified product offerings. It is also authorised to buy, invest in, acquire, hold shares, stocks, debentures, debentures-stock, bonds, mutual fund, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by any company constituted or carrying on business in India.
    • The Company has 3 products:-
      • SME Loan- provide loans to MSMEs to meet the requirements of capital expenditure, working capital needs, trade finance and so on.
      • Gold Loan
      • Retail Loan- These loans help to meet the requirements of capital expenditure, working capital needs, and trade finance and so on.
      Presently, SME Loan & Retail Loan services are catered in New Delhi & NCR.
    • Kalyan Capitals Limited has also promoted a Non- Banking Financial Company named Anmol Financial Services Limited with 81% shareholding.
